If you are not happy with your portrait and would like some changes made, please return the portrait in the same delivery container and we will make the corrections you request, but you will need to pay the return postage costs.

Once the portrait is recieved and as long as no damage is found, we will process the refund.
We strongly suggest that you take a good photograph of the painting before sending back as proof that the painting was returned in good condition.
We also suggest that you return the portrait by registered or recorded post with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the portrait, in case of a damage caused in transit claim.
Xiao Bai was born in Nanjing, China
In 1981 he went to Nanjing College of Art to complete a BA-Fine Art and then went to Nanjing Aeronautical University where he worked as an Art Lecturer for 8 years, prior to coming to England in 1993.
Since then he has been working as a self employed artist in Plymouth Devon UK
His resume is of many solo and mixed art exhibitions, both locally and nationally; portrait and other commissions and art teaching.
Xiao Bai has focussed his art on the subject of People, and his technique is to meet and closely observe people in their familiar place. Portraits of people in their setting or place are a subject of abiding interest and this translates to work that he has done both in China and in the UK.
