Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with your portrait and would like some changes made, please return the portrait in the same delivery container and we will make the corrections you request, but you will need to pay the return postage costs.

If you are not happy with your portrait and require a full refund you must first return the portrait in the same delivery container and a full refund will be given, but you will need to pay the return postage costs.
Once the portrait is recieved and as long as no damage is found, we will process the refund.

We strongly suggest that you take a good photograph of the painting before sending back as proof that the painting was returned in good condition.

We also suggest that you return the portrait by registered or recorded post with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the portrait, in case of a damage caused in transit claim.
